The Competent Person Online Training Seminar covers the CAL-OSHA Title 8, Section 1540, 1541 & 1541.1 and Fed OSHA 1926 Subpart P. There is a high focus on Soils Analysis and Soils Classification as well as an in depth look at Hazard Atmospheres in Trenching and Excavation work.

OSHA states that the Competent Person’s knowledge of the excavation standards must be demonstrated not certified. Our subject matter experts have worked in the field with compliance for years. Let us help you put confident Competent Persons on your jobsites.

Our comprehensive training is an important part of keeping your company compliant with current OSHA regulations.

The course is roughly 7-8 hours with lunch and breaks.

Cost includes training class, a comprehensive handbook, a certificate of completion, and a wallet card.

All classes subject to minimum class size requirements. If a class does not meet the min requirements for enrollment we will work with you to schedule you in another class. We will not reschedule you more than once.
